Another 60-65 percent of existing workforce in the IT industry would be employed in roles which will re-quire new skillsets.In context to the above trend, employee retention has become an equally important topic of dis-cussion. Amazon has recently an-nounced plans to retrain their em-ployees in light of automation, and a TUC report further highlighted the need to improve business perception and preparedness for AI and auto-mation technology in the workplace.Small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) may find the task of prepar-ing their workforce for automation more challenging than their larger counterparts as the ways in which automation will be used may not be fully envisioned by their manage-F
